back from dental appointment tot can take out retainers and dunid wear le. the doctor found out that i self-declare and never wear my retainers for 24hrs. then he tighten my retainers and make mi wear again. so now need wear another 6 mths and book appointment to see how. lols. i will TRY wewar 24 hrs le la. =.= lmao. end. bye.
